Uttar Pradesh Shasan Rajya Kar Anubhag -2 In pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government Notification no.-1284 November 02. , 2020. NOTIFICATION Lucknow: Dated: Novemberog , 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Uttar — Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no 1 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification no.-KA.NI.-2-1557/XI-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(65) dated 15 November, 2019, namely: - In the said notification in the opening paragraph, for the words and figures “financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19”, the words and figures “financial years 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20” shall be substituted.
