(TO BE PUBLISHED IN PART IV OF THE DELHI GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY) GOVERNMENT OF NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI Dated: The March, 2022 No. F.3(166)/Fin.(Exp-D/2021-22/DS-I/ foo -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- sections (1) of section 11 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of this Government, in the Department of Finance (Expenditure-VI), No. 21/2018-State Tax (Rate) , dated the 2™4 September, 2019, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(12)/Fin(Rev-]/2019-20/DS-VI/381, dated the 2"4 September, 2019, namely :- In the said notification, in the TABLE, - (i) against S. No. 4, for the entry in column (2), the entry “4414” shall be substituted; (ii) against S.No. 29, for the entry in column (2), the entry “7419 80” shall be substituted; 2.
