Notification regarding declaration of areas infected with Avian Influenza dt-27.01.2021

Haryana Government Gazette EXTRAORDINARY Published by Authority © Govt. of Haryana No. 14–2021/Ext.] CHANDIGARH, WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 27, 2021 (MAGHA 7, 1942 SAKA) HARYANA GOVERNMENT ANIMAL HUSBANDRY & DAIRYING DEPARTMENT Notification The 27th January, 2021 THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS AND CONTAGIOUS DISEASES IN ANIMALS ACT, 2009 No. AH-4-2021/497.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub–section (1) of Section 6 read with Sub–sections (1) and (2) of Section–7 of ―The Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009)‖, the Government of Haryana, hereby declares Maharaja Poultry Farm, Village Khatauli, District Panchkula, Tara Poultry Farm 1 and 2, Village Batour, District Panchkula and Singla Poultry Farm, Mauli, District Panchkula infected with Avian Influenza (H5N8). The area within 1 kilometre radius from epicentres (Maharaja Poultry Farm, Village Khatauli, District Panchkula, Tara Poultry Farm 1 and 2, Village Batour, District Panchkula and Singla Poultry Farm, Mauli, District Panchkula is declared as ‗Infected Zone‘ and further area between 1-10 kilometre radius from the epicentres is declared as ‗Surveillance Zone‘. No birds, eggs or feed of avian species i.e. Poultry, Ducks, Turkey, Guinea Fowl etc. shall be moved from the above described area to any other place.
