EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4418] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2023/ASVINA 27, 1945 MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th October, 2023 S.O. 4592(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Act, 2021 (29 of 2021), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, notified vide number S.O. 1687(E) dated the 23rd April 2021, subsequently amended vide notification no. S.O. 4954(E) dated the 2nd December, 2021, and vide notification no. S.O. 6111(E) dated the 29th December, 2022 namely:- (i) In the said notification, in paragraph 2, after serial numbers 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries relating thereto, shall be inserted, namely:- Sl.
