File No. 10-35099/1105/2021-35- 57 UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN in pursuance of the provisions of the clause (3) of the Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 80 dated 23 March, 2022 Notification No. 80 /V.(S.)ANU-35-2022 Lucknow: Dated: 23 March, 2022 In exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of the section 5 read with section 4 of the UTTAR PRADESH PROTECTION OF INTEREST OF DEPOSITORS IN FINANCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS ACT, 2016 (Uttar Pradesh Act no 16 of 2016) (hereinafter reffered to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased to appoint all Additional District Magistrate (Finance) in the State as Competent Authority within their jurisdiction for the purposes of attaching the money or other property believed to have been acquired by a financial establishment under subsection (2) of section 5 of the said Act. the competent authority shall have such other powers as may be necessary for carrying out the purpose of this act. Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial services, Jeewan Deep Building, Third Floor, Parliament Street, New Delhi. 2. Chief Secretary, Govt of U.P. Lucknow. 3. Additional Chief Secretary, Finance//Revenue, Govt of U.P. Lucknow. 4. Principal Secretary, Nyay Department, Govt of U.P. Lucknow. 5. All Divisional Commissioner, U.P. 6. All District Magistrates, U.P. 7. All Zonal head of all Commercial Banks. 8. Chairman, All RRBs U.P. 9. Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Lucknow, U.P. 10. Director General, Sansthagat vitt, Beema & External Aided Project MahaNideshalay, 16- Vidhan Sabha Marg, Lucknow. 11. A copy of the English notification was sent to the Joint Director, Government Press, Aishbagh, Lucknow with the request to kindly publish it in the Legislative Appendix-4 Section (B) of the Extraordinary Gazette dated 23 March, 2022 and thereafter 100-100 copies of the published notification may be sent to the Additional Chief Secretary Finance, Government of UP and Director General, Sansthagat vitt, Beema & External Aided Project MahaNideshalay, 16-Vidhan Sabha Marg, Lucknow.
