No. VPM-2022/CR-76/PR-4 (22).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of 811 the previous notifications or instruments issued in this behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Dhule and Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha Sukapur, in Sakri Tahasil of Dhule District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 20th May, 2022 to be the date from which each of the local area comprising group of revenue villages or revenue village of Sukapur, Kavdipada, Holyachapada, Mahalyachapada, Sander and Harpada in Sakri Tahasil, in Dhule District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the villages Sukapur, Holyachapada, Mahalyachapada and Harpada, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
