: Government of Punjab = Department of Industries and Commerce (Poticy implementation Unit) Corrigendum No. PIU/IBDP-2017/Amendments/2021/ F $2 2 Dated: 06-07-2062) . The Governor of Punjab is pleased to make following amendments in ‘Industrial & Business Development Policy-2017' notified vide No. CC/Addl.dir/Industrial & Business Development/2017/1369 dated 17/10/2017 and further amended on 07-08-2018 and 31-07- 2019 and Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines, 2018 notified on 07.08.2018: - 1. The entry at Sr. No. 2 of the table in clause 10.10.3 of Industrial and Business Development Policy, 2017 is substituted as under: - | Nature of incentive Extent of incentive | | Additional support to units | « 50% top up of Capex support approved and provided under SPECS scheme, by MEITY, Gol to units under SPECS scheme of Gol. The MEITY support shall be provided to first 10 ESDM units limited to maximum INR 10 Cr. per unit. » The benefit shall be available to the unit making Minimum Investment prescribed under SPECS scheme | by MEITY from time to time. 2. The clause 18.1 of Chapter — 18 of Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines, 2017 is substituted as under: - The Scheme for Promotion of manufacturing of Electronic Components and Semiconductors (SPECS) hereinafter called ‘Scheme’ to encourage investments in the Electronics System Design and Manufacturing sector by the government of india. The state government would provide necessary support in addition to the above incentives provided by government of India. 3. The clause 18.2 of Chapter — 18 of Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines, 2017 is substituted as under: - Project approved under the Scheme for Promotion of manufacturing of Electronic Components and Semiconductors (SPECS) for Electronics and design manufacturing sector in Government of India. 4, The clause 18.3 of Chapter — 18 of Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines, 2017 is substituted as under: - e 50% top up of Capex support approved and provided by MEITY, Gol to units under SPECS scheme of Gol. The support shall be provided to first 10 ESDM units limited to maximum INR 10 Cr. per unit. e The benefit shall be available to the unit making Minimum Investment prescribed under SPECS scheme by MEITY from time to time. 5. In clause 18.4 of Chapter — 18 of Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines, 2017, the word ‘MSIPS’ appearing after the word ‘form’ is replaced with the word ‘SPECS’.
