Uttar Pradesh Shasan In pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government Notification no.- 840/XI-2-20-9(47)/17- UP. Act-1-2017-Order-(135)-2020 dated August 07, 2020. NOTIFICATION Lucknow: Dated: August 07, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification No.-KANL-2- 983/X1-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-1- In the said notification, in the third paragraph, in the first proviso, for the figures, letters and words “15" day of July, 2020”, the figures, letters and words «“315' day of August, 2020” shall be substituted.
