Short title and commencement. (1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Guiding Principles for Declaring or Authorizing Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipelines as Common Carrier or Contract Carrier) Amendment Regulations, 2014. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In regulation 11 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Guiding Principles for Declaring or Authorizing Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipelines as Common Carricr or Contract Carrier) Regulations, 2012, for sub-clause (d), the following shall be substituted, namely:-— “(d) If any question arises as to the interpretation of these regulations, the same shall be decided by the Board.”.
