IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Atricle 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1890/LII-2-2021-2(255)-03T.C., dated October 22, 2021 : No. 1890/L11-2-2021-2(255)-03T.C. Dated Lucknow, October 22, 2021 IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (9) of section 14 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (Act no. 43 of 1995), the Governor is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Uttar Pradesh Shia Central Board of Wagqf for the period of five years as per provisions of section 15 of the Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazefte :— 1.
