NOTIFICATION In exercise of the power conferred by under section 3 read with sub­ section (8) of section 2 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government hereby appoints and designates the following authorities as Appellate Authorities to hear appeals filed under section 107 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 against the order passed by the Adjudicating Authorities under the said Act.
