JUDGMENT

Petitioner has filed the captioned writ petition pointing out that it was entitled for overall championship with reference to the Keralolsavam conducted during 2023.

¶22

Heard Sri.K.Mohammed Rafeeq, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri.P.Venugopal for respondents 1 and 2, and Sri.Thomas Abraham, learned Standing Counsel for the 3^rd respondent herein.

This Court notices that the petitioner has already submitted Ext.P4 representation dated 19.10.2023, before the Secretary of the Panchayat, though the same is already disposed of as evidenced by Ext.P5.

¶24

The learned counsel for the Panchayat would, however, submit that the Panchayat is ready and willing to effect a reconsideration of Ext.P4 application.

¶25

In the result, this writ petition would stand disposed of by directing the respondent Panchayat to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 application filed by the petitioner, as

expeditiously as possible at any rate within a period of eight weeks from today. To facilitate the above, the order at Ext.P5,
