J U D G M E N T
The above writ petition is filed with the following prayers;
“ i) Issue a Writ of certiorari calling for the records leading to Ext-P2 and quash the same
ii) Issue a Writ declaring that the decision of the Governing Council as reflected in Ext-P2 having been taken without regard to the explanation for the notice and based on factors which were not put on notice of the petitioner, is bad in law and set aside the same.
iii) Issue a writ declaring that there is no provision in the University Statutes to insist for submitting application for continuation of affiliation and the petitioner is entitled to get regular affiliation for conducting the courses as the grant of affiliation is without imposing conditions;
iv) Issue such other Writ, Order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. ”
