JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not releasing the Mahagony wood which is the subject matter of O.R No.2/2021. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P6 before the respondents and seeks early disposal of the same.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1^st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 after hearing the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
