JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is owner in possession of property having an extent of 18 Ares 39 Square Meters in Block No.31, Re. Sy No.57/6 of Mararikulam North Village, Cherthala Taluk, Alappuzha District has approached this Court being aggrieved by the issuance of Ext.P3 stop memo issued by the Village Officer, the 4^th respondent herein. According to the petitioner, she submitted an objection as evidenced by Ext.P4 to the said stop memo and she seeks for consideration of the same.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that, the 4^th respondent shall finalize Ext.P3, after considering the objections raised by the petitioner as evidenced by Ext.P4 and after hearing the petitioner by issuing appropriate orders
