The petitioner has approached this Court with a singular plea that the learned Family Court, Thiruvalla, be directed to pass judgment in O.P.(HMA)No.412/2020 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Hearing Sri.Alex K. John – learned counsel for the petitioner, on the afore lines, we had called for a report from the learned Family Court, Thiruvalla, which is available now.

The learned Family Court has reported that the judgment in the afore case will be delivered on or before 15.04.2025.

¶25

In the afore circumstances, we close this Original Petition granting time to the learned Family Court to dispose of the Original Petition in question on or before 30.04.2025.
