An order of the Family Court, Kannur allowing some correction in a proceeding brought under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is under challenge in this petition. There is nobody to represent the petitioner in court. It appears that the petitioner is not, in fact, interested in prosecuting this matter. What is under challenge is an innocent correction in the proceeding. Hence this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
