The petitioner has approached this court seeking direction to

direct the Principal Munsiff, Neyyattinkara, to pass orders on merits in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.843 of 2024, within a time frame.

The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S. No.843 of 2024 on the

¶23

files of the Principal Munsiff Court, Neyyattinkara. The suit was filed for permanent prohibitory injunction against the respondent herein and his persons, who had obstructed the smooth functioning of the business of the petitioner and caused much mayhem and mischief there. Along with the plaint I.A.No.1 of 2024 was filed for an interim injunction against the respondents and his persons. Respondent filed Ext.P4 objection on 13.09.2024, and the I.A. was heard and thereafter posted for orders on 18.10.2024, but till date no orders are

pronounced. Therefore, he approached this court.

dated 07.03.2025 is received, wherein it is stated that the injunction simplicitor was heard and was taken up for pronouncing orders to 13.03.2025.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that on 13.03.2025,

the same was adjourned to 21.03.2025, then to 26.03.2025, and now it is posted to 05.04.2025.

Taking into consideration the delay in passing orders on the I.A., from 18.10.2024, I deem it appropriate to direct the Principal Munsiff, Neyyattinkara, to pronounce orders in I.A., in the next posting itself.
