JUDGMENT
The afore company claim is filed, seeking realisation of Rs.47,500/- being the balance Kuri amount due in Kuri No.1789.
Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator is not in a position to serve notice on the respondent. Today, it is pointed out on behalf of the Official Liquidator by the learned Standing Counsel that the
local police have also reported that they are not in a position to find out the addressee.
In the result, this company claim is dismissed for nonprosecution.
