The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner

seeking the following reliefs:-

“(i) Issue writ of certiorari quashing Ext.P5.

(ii) Issue writ of mandamus or direction directing the 2^nd respondent to furnish details of the Arbitration proceedings in ARC.No.91/14 or any other proceedings against this petitioner in that regard.”
