JUDGMENT

The prayers in this Writ Petition (Civil) filed under Article 226

of the Constitution of India are as follows:

“(i) To issue a writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.2 to consider and pass orders on Exhibit-P3 petition, after affording the petitioner a reasonable opportunity of being heard.

(ii) To issue a writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.3 to consider and pass orders on Exhibit-P4 petition, after affording the petitioner a reasonable opportunity of being heard.

(iii) To issue a writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.1 to initiate action upon Exhibit-P6 petition, after affording the petitioner a reasonable opportunity of being heard.

(iv) To dispense with the filing of the English translations of the vernacular documents filed along with this W.P(C) on such terms as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper.

(v) Grant/issue any other relief/order/direction which the Hon’ble Court deems fit and just in the light of the facts and circumstances of this case.”

The learned Senior Public Prosecutor submitted that the

VACB arrested Sri.Sudhakaran, former Thahsildar (LR), Palakkad

against whom allegations have been raised. The investigation is going on in the matter. The learned Senior Public Prosecutor also

submitted that the investigating agency will look into all the allegations contained in Ext.P3 during the course of investigation.

approach this Court in future, if he so advised.
