JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
“i) Direct the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of Exhibit P2 within a reasonable time as directed by this Hon'ble Court by issuing a writ of mandamus.
ii) Issue such other writ, direction or order as this Hon'ble court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” (SIC)
When this writ petition came up for consideration, the counsel appearing for respondent nos.3 and 4 submitted that orders are already passed in Ext.P2 on 05.12.2017. The counsel also submitted that the case is filed after the disposal of the representation. Hence, I think, this writ petition need not
be retained here. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed.
