respondent under the Kerala Land Assignment Rules for assignment of land covered by Ext.P1. The limited prayer in this Writ Petition is to give a direction to the 2^nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P9.

Having heard Sri. V.M Krishnakumar, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Sri. Rajeev Jyothish George, the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos.2/3, to consider and pass orders on Ext.P9, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
