JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in compliance with the interim order of this Court dated 03.04.2024, the petitioner was permitted to pay tax provisionally. It was pointed out that the interim order was passed based on Ext.P4 order. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that until Ext.P4 is interfered with by a process known to law, let the tax be continued to be accepted, as has been directed in the interim order.
In the circumstances, respondents are directed to accept tax from the petitioner provisionally, until Ext.P4
