JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with following prayers;-

¶23

“i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 1^st respondent to register the birth of the petitioners child namely Biju K.P as per Exhibit P1 letter issued by the Vicar, St. Joseph's Church, Pothiyakara and issue a birth certificate to the petitioner by showing the date of birth of Biju K.P as 04.08.1975.

ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 2^nd respondent to register the date of birth of the petitioners boy child namely Biju K.P as 04.08.1975 based on Exhibit P1 letter issued by the Vicar, St. Joseph's Church, Pothiyakara and issue a birth certificate to the petitioner.

iii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 1^st respondent to consider and act upon Exhibit P6 application and to register the birth of the petitioners child namely Biju K.P as per Exhibit P1 letter issued by the Vicar, St. Joseph's Church, Pothiyakara and issue a birth certificate as requested, at the earliest and within a definite time frame.

iv) Pass such other orders as are deemed fit and necessary in the interest of justice and for proper and effective adjudication of the case.
