JUDGMENT
The petitioner had earlier approached this Court to obtain Ext.P1 judgment, but says that, in spite of the directions therein, the “digital connection” with respect to his earlier Subscriber Identity Module ('SIM' for short) has not been disconnected by the 2nd respondent even now. He says that, he, therefore, preferred Ext.P2 representation before the said respondent, but that no action has been taken thereon; and hence that he followed it up by Exts.P5, P6 and P7 representations before the respondents. He thus prays that the 1st respondent be directed to take up Exts.P2, P5, P6 and P7 representations and dispose it of, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Taking note of the afore submissions, I allow this writ petition to the limited extent of directing the 1st respondent to look into the complaints voiced by the petitioner in Exts.P2, P5, P6 and P7, and take a decision, after affording him an opportunity of being heard; thus culminating in an appropriate order and necessary action thereon, as expeditiously as is possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
To obtain an expeditious compliance of the afore directions, I permit the petitioner to produce a certified copy of this judgment, along with a full copy of this writ petition before the 1st respondent; and the afore time frame will commence from the date on which it is so done.
