The petitioner is working as a Lower Division Clerk in the 2^nd respondent

corporation, and he is on the verge of retirement i.e., o n 05.05.2024. The petitioner claims Ex-gratia/Performance Incentive for the year 2022-23 vide

Ext.P1 Government Order. On 26.08.2023 the petitioner filed Ext.P2 representation before the 3^rd respondent and another representation as Ext. P3 on 09.09.2023 before the 2^nd respondent.

Heard counsel on either side.

It is submitted by the Learned standing counsel for the respondents that if

the representations are still pending the same will be disposed of in

accordance with law. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2^nd respondent to take up Ext.P3 and pass appropriate orders within a period

of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
