After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to withdraw this writ petition and to approach the State Government under Section 14 of the Kerala Building Tax Act by filing a revision against the impugned order in Ext.P7.
In view of the aforesaid stand of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
