The petitioner is working as Technician (Raw Material) under the 1st respondent. He has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to promote him to the post of Assistant Manager as

per Clause 4 of Ext.P8 and revise his seniority over and above the 4th respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted

that the limited request of the petitioner is for a disposal of Ext.P11

representation filed by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

Though notice was issued to the 4th respondent and

the same was served, there is no appearance.
