JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following
reliefs:
“i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents 2 and 3, to immediately take up Ext P5 and on the strength of different proceedings ultimately culminating with Ext P15 and to conclude the enquiry and proceedings for the grant of purchase certificate/ or correcting the records, and to actually issue the certificates in that regard to the petitioners concerning 14.50 acres of land in Sy. 74/1 of the Cheemeni Village, within stipulated time limits, in the interest of justice. AND
ii) To pass any such or further orders as the petitioners may seek and this Hon'ble Court deem fit to grant.”[SIC]
