JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the
following reliefs:
“i) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction to respondent No.2 to grant the family pension to the petitioner w.e.f. 06-09-2007;
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction to 6 th respondent to transfer the Disburser’s Portion of the Pension Payment Orders to the 4 th respondent with communication to the 3 rd respondent and intimation to the petitioner and pass an order or direction to the 2 nd respondent to expedite the decision on the request of the petitioner.
iii) To issue such other writ, order or direction which this Honourable Court may deem and fit and proper to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

if the petitioner has any grievances, the same is to
be agitated before the Central Administrative Tribunal. Since, there is no representation for the petitioner, this writ petition need not be retained here. If there is any surviving grievances to the petitioner, the petitioner is free to agitate the same before the appropriate authority.
With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
