JUDGMENT
The writ petition was filed challenging Ext.P5 order issued by the third respondent, directing the petitioner to close down the clinic run by the petitioner, who was practicing traditional healing among the tribesmen.
Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and hence, the writ petition can be closed.
Therefore, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed.
