JUDGMENT

The grievance of the petitioner, the Chelembra Grama Panchayath, represented by its president, is that, as per Ext.P1, the request of the panchayath for the appointment of Panchakarma Therapist in the Chelambra Government Ayurveda Hospital has not been finalized by the 1^st respondent.

Heard both sides.

Having considered the submissions advanced, the additional

3^rd respondent is directed to take a decision on the request of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner is also free to file a fresh representation showing the grievances before the additional 3^rd respondent. If any such representation is received, the 3^rd respondent is directed to take up the said request along with the earlier one,
