from Ambika Pharmacy at Erattupetta from 1999 onwards as inpatient and outpatient as well. She submitted an application for medical reimbursement and originally her claim for medical reimbursement was returned since the Ambika Pharmacy was not included in the list of authorised hospitals for medical reimbursement for the employees of Cochin University is the submission. Later, along with other hospitals, Ambika Pharmacy was also included in the list of authorised hospitals as per Ext.P5 by the 1st respondent University is the submission. Thereafter, her claim for medical reimbursement to the tune of Rs.1,54,436/- was reconsidered and was sanctioned limiting the amount to Rs.1,00,000/- by Ext.P10 and the same was paid in the year 2003 is the submission. Subsequently, a complaint was filed by one Sri.P. Anandan as evident by Ext.P11. The University conducted an enquiry through a senior officer and obtained Ext.P12 report, from which it is clear that Ambika Pharmacy is a registered Ayurvedic Hospital and functioning at Erattupetta and the reimbursement claim by the petitioner is genuine is the submission.
