JUDGMENT
The petitioner preferred Ext.P3 appeal before the 2nd
respondent against Ext.P2 order passed by the 1st respondent to cancel his explosive licence. The limited prayer in this writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to hear and dispose of Ext.P3 appeal as well as Ext.P4 application for stay.
Having heard Sri. K.R.Vinod, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.Vidya Kuriakose, the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of Ext.P3 and Ext.P4 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
