This writ petition is filed seeking the following
reliefs:
i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders in Exts.P4 and P5 expeditiously.
ii. Dispense with the production of translation of vernacular documents.
iii. Grant such other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper as on the facts and circumstances of the case.
