JUDGMENT

The petitioner herein is working as a Superintendent at the Sulthanbatherry Depot of KSRTC. She was transferred from Thrissur Depot to Sulthanbatherry. The transfer order was challenged in W.P. (c) No.6786 of 2023 along with another writ petition filed by another employee of KSRTC. The writ petitions were dismissed against which an appeal was filed as Exhibit P3 and the division bench of this Court dismissed the Writ Appeal No. 553 of 2023, but giving liberty to the petitioner herein to file a representation pointing out that the availability of vacancy close to her home district and to seek a posting. The petitioner therefore filed Exhibit P4 and P6 representation before the 2^nd and 4^th respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representations may be considered when the orders are passed on the general transfer.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent seeks time to get instructions as to whether general transfer orders have been issued or not. He further submitted that Exhibits P3 and

P4 representation can be considered only if no orders are passed regarding general transfer as of today.

In such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2^nd respondent to take up Exhibits P4, and P6 and pass final orders on the representation along with the general transfer orders 2024 within an outer time limit of one month from today if the general transfer orders are not passed as on today.
