Petitioner has approached this Court alleging inaction on the part of the 2^nd respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation complaining illegal quarrying by the 4^th respondent. The petitioner seeks the representation to be considered and disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, as also, the 4^th respondent.

also having heard the learned Government Pleader on behalf of respondents 1 to 3, notice to the 4^th respondent is dispensed with and the writ petition is disposed of with the following direction:
