This writ petition is filed with a direction to the fourth respondent to implement Ext.P12 order to appoint the petitioner as HSST(English) with effect from 06/02/2019 and to grant her all consequential benefits.

A memo has been filed on behalf of the learned Government Pleader, producing the order of the third respondent dated 29/02/2024 granting approval to the appointment of the petitioner. Under such circumstances, what remains is a direction to pay the consequential benefits.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pay the consequential benefits pursuant to the order dated 29/02/2024 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
