When this matter is taken up for consideration today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition, reserving liberty of the petitioner to challenge any orders passed, after filing of the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving the liberty as aforesaid.
