This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking an enquiry by the Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau, in respect of certain misappropriations, which took place in the Thazhakkara branch of the Mavelikara Taluk Co-operative Bank Ltd.
the petitioners is unfortunately no more. However, the learned Government Pleader submits that a criminal investigation is being conducted by the Crime Branch, Alappuzha unit.
