JUDGMENT

The petitioners have preferred Exts.P7 and P8 before respondents 2 and 3 seeking time to pay the balance amount payable as per the tender.

The Government Pleader on instructions submits that

one half of the amount has been paid and the balance amount was payable by 12.03.2024. The said amount has not been paid so far. The tender condition says that after orders are issued on the tender, the balance has to be paid within seven days and it is submitted that it is only based on the said condition that the demand for the balance payment is being made.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and pass orders on Exts.P7 and P8 after hearing the petitioners, at the earliest, at any rate, within two weeks from today
