JUDGMENT
This writ petition was filed in the year 2013, seeking the following reliefs:-
‘’(a) issue a writ of mandamus, order or direction directing the respondents 2 to 4 to allot the registration of Family Health Card to all 'Akshaya Centers' as per Ext.P2 order;
(b) issue a writ of mandamus and call for the records leading to the allotment of work of registration of family health card to 5th respondent and to quash the same by issuing a writ of certiorari;
(c) such other writ, direction or order this Honourable Court deem fit and proper for the circumstances in this case.’’
It appears that the reliefs sought for have become infructuous
by passage of time. Therefore, the writ petition will stand dismissed as infructuous.
