After some arguments, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to withdraw the writ petition, to pursue the remedies available to him under the Kerala Building Tax Act, 1975 and the Rules made thereunder.
Considering the said stand on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as aforesaid prayed for.
