It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the appellants that pursuant to an interim order that was passed in the appeals, an order dated 27.05.2024 has been passed by the Government, which essentially affirms the findings of the learned Single Judge in the judgment impugned in these appeals.

It is his submission therefore that in view of the Government Order now passed, the writ appeals have become infructuous and are not pressed.

¶53

Taking note of the said submission of the learned Government Pleader, and the order dated 27.05.2024 of the Government, these appeals are now closed as infructuous.
