Both these transfer petitions are filed to transfer O.P.No.963/2023

and O.P.No.1015/2023 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram to the Family Court, Ettumanoor.

I have heard both sides.

Both original petitions mentioned above were filed by the respondent against the petitioner. The petitioner has filed O.P. (RM)No.904/2023 against the respondent before the Family Court, Ettumanoor, which is still pending there. Since all the three matters are connected, it is just and proper that they are tried and disposed of by the very same Court. The petitioner is a native of Kottayam.

Hence, these transfer petitions are allowed. O.P.No.963/2023

and O.P.No.1015/2023 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor for trial and disposal.
