THIS RENT CONTROL REVISION HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON 11.06.2024, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:

O R D E R

AMIT RAWAL, J.

Since the petitioner had already sought time of six months to vacate the premises as indicated in the order dated 22.05.2024, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the Revision with the following condition that he shall vacate the premises within a period of six months commencing from today i.e. on or before 10.12.2024, continue to pay the present rent and pay the arrears of rent within a period of one month. An undertaking to the aforementioned effect should be filed within a period of one month.

In case of default of any of the conditions aforementioned, I.e. with regard to the non payment of the arrears, if any, or future rent, or non filing of the undertaking, the respondent shall be at liberty to seek possession in accordance with law.

Revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
