J U D G M E N T

This original petition has been filed challenging Ext.P3 order in I.A.No. 39 of 2017 in I.D.No.103 of 2015 on the file of the Labour Court, Kollam.

When this matter is taken up for consideration today, it is the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the issues between the petitioners and the employee in question, whose cause was espoused by the Quilon Hotel and Teashop Workers Union, Mundakkal before the Labour Court, Kollam have been settled. Reference is made in this regard to Ext.P14.

In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is closed making it clear that the parties shall be governed by the terms of Ext.P14.
