The prayers in this Original Petition filed under

Article 227 of the Constitution of India are as follows:-

“(i)Direct the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-III, Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam to dispose in C.C.No.196 of 2023 within a time frame fixed by this Hon’ble Court

(ii) Dispense with filing of the translation of documents in Malayalam produced in the above O.P.Crl as Ext.P1

(iii)such other order or direction this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”

to obtain a report from the Court concerned on the time

required for the disposal of the matter.
