When the matter was taken up for consideration, Sri. Sandeep T. K., the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that parties have resolved their entire disputes and have executed a Memorandum of Agreement under Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure detailing their understanding. It is submitted that the Memorandum of Agreement has been produced in Mat. Appeal No.510 of 2019. It is submitted that this petition can be closed as withdrawn.
